The staff is AMAZING. They all gave a FIVE STAR service. The room had a very good size and the best part was the bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. We got to enjoy the infinity pool with views of the gorgeous jungle.
There were too MANY stairs and with the humidity I almost fell. They should fix that.

The staff was super attentive. every detail was perfect! we were welcomed with a special drink. the room was very spacious. The bathroom was big! as soon as we left our room, someone tidied up! someone served us afternoon tea with sweet pastries, it was good! i enjoyed the yoga!

The location offered a peaceful experience. the surrounding jungle provided a fine backdrop. the hotel runs a free shuttle bus. This is very convenient! it was nice being close to the city.

the facilities were immaculate and well-kept. the hotel included access to sister resorts, it was a huge bonus! the pool had amazing jungle views. i loved the breakfast selections, they were fantastic!!!

the staff were all so friendly and helpful, i felt very welcome. the breakfast was a real treat. I especially enjoyed the fresh juices and coffee. my room was cleaned thoroughly twice each day, so that was a great service!
the spa treatments seemed a bit overpriced compared to other places. the quality was okay, but i've definitely had better for less money.
